Bad Food Photography

At work we usually order in on Fridays. It could be pizza, sandwiches, Chinese food, whatever--it's usually the consensus of those ordering. One of the places we order from is a kabob joint with an Italian name. The food is good, the portion sizes are generous but the online menu needs improvement. The images just aren't that great. The images are bland, the food is flat and in the end it makes it look unappealing. But, based on those who have eaten there before I've ordered and been happy with my selection but if I had to choose based on the images, I think I'd go elsewhere.
